Dear Rasaq,

I just finished reading your concise and lamentable letter. I would like to say I am quite sorry for everything you are passing through. However, it is necessary that I remind you of my own life, my dreams and aspirations, my hope and my failures in the course of reading and selecting poems for this journal. Most times I find it difficult to say “no” to some poems. It is crazy it always happens like that. One recurring fact is that every poem is beautiful. I haven’t read a meaningless poem since I started my career as an editor. It is always fun to read every poem. Also, I always have more than a thousand poems to read and sieve.
